Shipping and Returns
Due to the delicacy of our product we ship through UPS. We can rely on UPS to deliver our products in good condition and within the required time frame. Our Plants are packed carefully and sufficiently for extended travel so that they arrive safe and healthy.
In rare cases a UPS package may be damaged or lost. If a package is received in poor condition, please note with the shipper at the time of delivery that the package is damaged and take photographic evidence of the damages. Packages may be shipped through other carriers at customer request. We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred through these carriers.
We want you to be happy with your order. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your items are damaged or if you receive the wrong items, so that we can evaluate and correct any issues. You must contact us within 5 days of receipt of order for us to be able to help.
Due to the perishable nature of our product we do not accept returns.
Refunds are not given for gift certificates.

Corrections are normally given as store credits or replacements for a wrong item. We may require you to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. If we require an item to be returned for our inspection, a return label will be issue through email.
