Shipping policy

Due to the delicacy of our product we ship through UPS.  We can rely on UPS to deliver our products in good condition and within the required time frame.  Our plants are packed carefully and sufficiently for extended travel so that your they arrive safe and healthy.  

In rare cases a UPS package may be damaged or lost.  If a package is received in poor condition, please note with the shipper that the package is damaged and take photographic evidence of the damages.  Please contact us and we will contact the carrier on your behalf to start a claim.  You may contact us at sales@thehappyhosta.com or you can message us through our store chat.  

Packages may be shipped through USPS or other carriers at customer requests or when UPS is not a logistical option.  We are not responsible for any damages or losses incurred through these carriers. Â
