Paradigm Hosta

Paradigm Hosta is a highly sought-after, large-sized cultivar known for its dramatic gold-centered leaves with contrasting dark blue-green margins. Growing 18–24 inches tall and up to 4 feet wide, this 2007 Hosta of the Year is prized for its thick, heavily corrugated, and slug-resistant foliage, which brightens in partial to full shade.

• Size: Mature size is approximately 18-24 inches tall and 36-48 inches wide.
  Coloration: Leaves emerge chartreuse and turn gold with dark green, irregular borders. The color contrast increases throughout the season.
• Flowers: Pale lavender to near-white flowers appear in mid-summer on 
  -inch scapes.
• Growth Rate: Considered a vigorous, medium-to-fast grower.
• Light/Water: Prefers partial to full shade. Requires average, moist, well-drained soil; do not let it dry out completely.
• Hardiness: Hardy in USDA Zones 3–9.
